The customer has a statutory period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer may use the withdrawal form provided on the website or submit any other clear and unambiguous statement expressing their decision to withdraw.

After notifying their decision to withdraw, the customer must return the products concerned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after giving such notice, unless the seller offers to collect the goods.

The customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of alcoholic beverages where delivery is scheduled more than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and where the agreed value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control.
